Big Swinging Dick

Term for a Wall Street rainmaker, popularized by Michael Lewis' book Liar's Poker. The book describes a time on Wall Street where bond sales was a more lucrative business than it is today. Today the term is more often used pejoratively to describe someone who has delusions of grandeur.
